The Face of Leadership™ BC Score Card report is part of an overall initiative from Minerva to help make the presence of women in leadership a reality.
Studies consistently show that gender diversity correlates with better business outcomes. However, very little in the leadership landscape has changed in the past 10 years and at the current rate, it will be another 170 years before women can expect professional parity.
On November 17, 2015, Minerva launched the first edition of the Score Card, featuring the 28 largest businesses in BC (by revenue). The report clearly depicts how they are faring, in terms of gender diversity in leadership.
